Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Associate to join our Asset Management team. You will be an integral member of the Asset Management team, responsible for monitoring and enhancing the performance of the firms real estate portfolio. This role involves deep financial analysis, proactive management of existing assets, and collaboration across internal and external stakeholders to drive value creation and operational success.
