Job Description

We’re looking for a skilled HVAC & Refrigeration Technician to join our hotel engineering team! In this role, you’ll keep our guests comfortable and our operations running smoothly by maintaining and repairing heating, cooling, and commercial refrigeration systems throughout the property Responsibilities:

• Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC and commercial refrigeration systems, including guestroom units, kitchen coolers/freezers, and building systems.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and extend equipment life.
• Respond quickly to guest and staff service calls to ensure comfort and satisfaction.
• Assist the Chief Engineer with other building maintenance as needed.
• Maintain accurate logs and reports of repairs, inspections, and system performance.
• Follow all safety standards and hotel policies.

Qualifications:

• Previous HVAC and refrigeration experience required (hotel or commercial property experience preferred).
• Strong troubleshooting and mechanical skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexible schedule availability.
• Professional, guest-focused attitude.
