IRL Lab Supervisor – Las Vegas, NV
Salary: $125K–$135K + Relocation Assistance
A specialized reference laboratory in Las Vegas is seeking an experienced IRL Lab Supervisor to join their team. This lab supports hospitals in the region with complex and high-level blood bank services. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with strong technical skills and a background in transfusion services.
Position Overview:
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:30 PM
Type: Working Supervisor (3 days supervisory, 2 days bench work)
Team: Manage a staff of 8
Compensation: Up to $135K
Relocation: Up to $5K assistance offered
License: Must obtain NV Supervisory License
Requirements:
Experience working in a reference laboratory
Transfusion Services background required
Platelet manufacturing experience strongly preferred
At least 2+ years of supervisory experience
Strong technical/bench skills
Proven track record of job stability and maturity
Additional Details:
Some holiday and weekend coverage required
Position reports to a remote manager, so strong communication and autonomy are important
Interview process includes phone screen, manager interview, and onsite visit
