Base pay range $90,000.00/yr - $100,000.00/yr Salary: $90k - $100k /Yr. Summary: Global Network Infrastructure Ownership You’d be part of Company’s Network Engineering team, responsible for architecting, automating, and managing the entire global network infrastructure. This spans on-premises data centers and all three major cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP), including GovCloud environments used for Federal development and hosting Company Network Engineer. Responsibilities Cloud-Centric Focus: A big chunk of the role is keeping Company’s multi-cloud network stable and secure, supporting and managing AWS, Azure, and GCP network/security infrastructure. Ensuring network performance and availability for both internal and customer-facing systems. Security & Compliance for Federal Services: Since the scope includes GovCloud deployments, compliance and security for federal workloads are part of the project’s core responsibilities. That means firewalls, VPNs, authentication systems, and ensuring configurations meet regulatory requirements. Monitoring support queues, troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and applying corrective action. Building automation into network operations using Python and Terraform. Hands-on with network hardware vendors (Cisco, Broadcom, Palo Alto, Fortinet, etc.). Collaboration & Impact: The role directly contributes to TechOps Infrastructure, supporting Company’s federal development teams and cloud-hosted services. You’d be building in a collaborative, agile team where the work is tied directly to company-wide uptime, performance, and scalability. Team Technical Stack Cloud: AWS, Azure, GCP (GovCloud). Networking: IPv4/IPv6, BGP/MBGP, VPN, L2 switching, VxLAN, WAN. Vendors/Hardware: Cisco (IOS, NX-OS, ASR, Meraki), Broadcom, Mellanox, Palo Alto Networks, Fortinet. Load Balancers: Citrix NetScaler, AVI, NGINX, HA Proxy. Security: Firewalls (Palo Alto, Fortinet), Network Authentication, VPN tech, 802.1x. Automation: Python, Terraform. Must have skills for this role 7+ years network engineering. At least one major cloud (AWS, Azure, or GCP) with enterprise-level design/implementation. Deep understanding of enterprise networking and protocols. Hands-on with multiple vendors. Automation experience (Python, Terraform). Preferred skills Collaboration (team is highly collaborative). Agility & responsiveness (entrepreneurial mindset). Problem-solving: diagnose, root-cause, resolve complex infra issues. Ability to work across multiple environments and adapt quickly. Pay Transparency The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $90k - $100k/yr . This role is eligible for a performance-based incentive plan. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including relevant skills, education, and experience.
