Overview LABUR is supporting a client through a strategic transformation initiative aimed at modernizing their enterprise performance management capabilities. This engagement focuses on migrating from Oracle Hyperion systems to Oracle Cloud EPM, with the goal of enhancing financial consolidation, planning, and reporting processes. The consultant will play a critical role in ensuring continuity across platforms, enabling successful adoption of the new environment, and maintaining accountability across the systems integrator-led implementation. Responsibilities Provide technical support for existing Oracle Hyperion on-premise platforms, including HFM, FDMEE, and data integration components. Support the migration effort to Oracle Cloud EPM, ensuring alignment with business requirements and technical best practices. Collaborate with systems integrators to validate design decisions, monitor development progress, and escalate risks or blockers. Assist end users in adopting Oracle EPM solutions, including FCCS, EPCM, and TRC modules, through training, troubleshooting, and documentation. Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure seamless transition and operational readiness. Contribute to governance and quality assurance activities throughout the migration lifecycle. Qualifications Proven experience with Oracle Hyperion on-premise technologies (HFM, FDMEE, data integration). Strong hands-on expertise in Oracle Cloud EPM modules, particularly FCCS, EPCM, and TRC. Demonstrated ability to support large-scale migration projects and cross-functional teams. Familiarity with systems integrator collaboration and project accountability practices. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills. Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced environment.
