The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience in implementing, customizing, and supporting Oracle's retail suite, particularly Oracle XStore. This role requires a blend of deep technical expertise in Oracle technologies, Core Java, SQL, and XML, combined with a strong functional understanding of POS Systems and retail operations to provide support and implementation for diverse client needs. Responsibilities include conducting functional testing, troubleshooting issues, providing resolutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and staying updated with Oracle releases to improve system performance. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential, along with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. Required Qualifications: At least 4+ years of relevant IT experience. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degree preferred. Willingness to relocate or commute within Richardson, TX or City of Industry, CA; travel within the US may be required. Authorization to work in the US without employer-sponsored visa. 4+ years of experience with Oracle Retail Suite (XStore, XStore Office, ORPOS, Xcenter), ReSA, and payment modules. Knowledge of Oracle Retail cloud infrastructure and integration with hardware (printers, pinpads). Proficiency in Oracle XStore configuration, customization, and implementation. Understanding of retail business processes. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of Oracle Retail Cloud Infrastructure and XStore Office Cloud Service is a plus. Experience with Java, SQL, XML, PL/SQL, Oracle Database, and basics of Spring. Oracle Retail or Java certifications are a plus. Experience in producing technical process flows and documentation. Experience with SVN, GIT. Preferred Qualifications: Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and analytical skills. Experience working in a global delivery environment. The role may require sitting and working at a computer for extended periods.
