Support and mentor other instructors, ensuring consistent quality and creativity.
Represent the studio at events, showcases, and within the community.
Contribute to marketing, social media, and outreach efforts.

Confident, proactive, and able to take initiative while collaborating as part of a team.
Strong communicator and people-person, able to connect with students, parents, and colleagues alike.
Basic piano skills and knowledge of harmonies are a plus.
Social media or graphic design experience helpful but not required.
What We Offer

Hands-on experience teaching and managing programs in multiple locations (Metuchen and Westfield, NJ).
A supportive, collaborative environment where your contributions make a direct impact on students’ growth.
