Responsibilities

• Running projects for all aspects from budget, projections, site meetings, manpower scheduling, and drawing review.
• Understand the flow process for fabrication to installation
• Understand PDF and BIM model drawings
• Reporting: Monthly reporting for projections, balance of work, scheduling work.
• Ad Hoc: Perform other duties and responsibilities as needed relating around project management role and common responsibilities.

Requirements

• 5+ years’ experience in project manager responsibilities.
• Prior construction company experience required.
• Strong organization abilities required
• Ability to work efficient and independent
• Comfortable working with multiple projects
• Software (desired, but not required): Spectrum, Smartsheet, Fabsuite, Microsoft Office
• Effective communicator verbally and documenting via email.
• Detailed oriented in schedule planning and be effective for onsite meetings and planning.
