Apply now! Responsibilities Support hiring managers by reviewing job postings and ensuring effective branding to attract top talent. Manage the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure a steady flow of candidates. Assist with screening and interviewing candidates via phone and face-to-face as needed. Maintain knowledge of processes, programs, and policies to support managers and employees. Support the recruiting process by developing strategic plans using social media, recruiting sites, and networking; scheduling pre-screening calls; maintaining requisitions; building brand awareness; tracking recruitment sources; identifying data gaps; participating in strategy sessions; assisting with onboarding; providing feedback; maintaining documentation; and preparing reports.
