Overview SUMMARY Artera is looking for a driven and ambitious Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help grow our sales pipeline by identifying and engaging key decision-makers at leading healthcare organizations. You’ll be on the front lines of our sales team, using strategic outreach—calls, emails, and LinkedIn—to connect potential customers with Artera’s solutions. Responsibilities Be the spark – Drive outbound prospecting through cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn to kickstart conversations with potential customers. Spot opportunities – Identify and qualify leads that can grow into strong business opportunities. Do your homework – Research and personalize outreach to engage decision-makers and boost connection rates. Keep momentum alive – Manage leads in Salesforce and follow up strategically to keep deals moving forward. Win together – Collaborate with AEs, sales leadership, and peers to refine strategies, share wins, and continuously improve. Requirements Bachelor’s degree or previous sales experience (internships, retail, or customer-facing roles count!) Strong communication skills with the ability to engage prospects effectively. It also comes with equity and a variety of benefits. This is an in-office position. You will be required to work full-time out of our Downtown Santa Barbara, CA office. Location Artera HQ is in Santa Barbara, CA and for this role, we require 5 days per week in the office.
