Compensation range: $90,000-$125,000/year + Sales Commission Plan Location: Western Region (Travel Required) Woodtech Benefits: 15 days of PTO 9 Paid holidays Medical/Dental/Vision Insurance Profit Sharing 401k + Employer Match Wellness App with reimbursement of up to $500/year Position Summary About the Role: We are seeking an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Woodtech Brand Ambassador to represent and promote our custom wood products in the Western region. As a key advocate for Woodtech’s custom capabilities, you will be responsible for building relationships with architects, designers, and dealers to increase brand visibility and drive sales. You will focus on promoting custom products, including tables, banquettes, storage solutions, and integrated furniture/millwork, with a specific emphasis on collaborating with designers and key influencers in the architecture and design space. Key Responsibilities: Promote Woodtech’s Custom Capabilities: Advocate for the brand and showcase the company’s ability to deliver high-quality, custom-designed wood products. Build Relationships: Establish and nurture strong relationships with key architects, interior designers, and dealers, acting as the liaison between them and Woodtech’s internal team. Inspire Confidence with Designers: Work closely with designers to understand their needs, offering tailored solutions that integrate Woodtech’s custom products into their projects seamlessly. Collaborate with Internal Teams: Partner with product design resources to develop client-specific solutions, ensuring the best outcomes for every project. Focus on Custom Sales: Drive sales of custom wood products such as tables, banquettes, storage solutions, and millwork designed to integrate into architectural designs. Travel: Attend client meetings, design events, trade shows, and other networking opportunities within the Western region to increase brand presence. Collaborate with Interior Designers and Dealers: Facilitate communication and understanding between design professionals and dealers, ensuring a smooth and productive process for all involved. Qualifications: Design Background: A background in design, architecture, or a related field is preferred to understand and communicate effectively with professionals in the industry. Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with furniture, wood products, millwork, and custom furniture designs is highly beneficial. Sales Experience: Proven experience in sales, relationship management, or brand ambassadorship, preferably within the architecture or design industries. Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to present ideas clearly and confidently. Self-Starter: Ability to work independently and manage travel and client-facing responsibilities effectively. Travel Flexibility: Willingness to travel throughout the Western region as required.
