Employer Industry: Healthcare Analytics Benefits Salary up to $95,000 Eligible for a bonus component based on predefined performance factors Comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance Opportunity for career advancement and growth within the organization Supportive and collaborative work environment Flexibility to adapt work to personal life for better work/life balance Responsibilities Analyze healthcare claims and authorization data to identify cost drivers, utilization trends, and population health opportunities using SAS, SQL, Excel, and Power BI Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs, clarify requirements, and develop actionable recommendations Enhance and standardize analytical solutions for internal teams and external partners Support ad hoc and regulatory reporting needs, ensuring compliance with applicable guidelines Present findings in client-facing decks, data-driven narratives, and visualizations that effectively convey insights Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Public Health, or a related discipline) 2+ years of analytics & reporting experience in healthcare, including medical economics and cost/utilization analysis 2+ years of SQL and SAS programming experience working with large healthcare datasets Experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and advanced Excel skills Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to extract meaningful insights from quantitative and qualitative data Preferred Qualifications Master’s degree in a quantitative or analytical field (e.g., Statistics, Public Health, Epidemiology, or Computer Science) Experience presenting actionable business insights to internal and external stakeholders Experience with value-based care, utilization management, or regulatory reporting (e.g., HEDIS, NCQA, Milliman) We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal-opportunity employment.
